History - 60 Years
In 1965, Skyway Publications founded Skyways Flight Guide, Skyways of the Southeast, Jet Center Network to encourage travel on the US Aviation Network of 519 USA Airports.
In the 80's, Jet Center Network created the world's first Five-Star, 10 JETS rating brochures for the Pilots and Their Passengers, crafted and designed to fit in the pilot's Flight Manuals, aka Jepp Books as a Definitive Source of Destination Infomational Inserts.
What is a Jet Center Facility or a Fixed Base Operator:
A fixed-base operator (FBO) or Jet Center Operators (JCO) are organizations granted the right to operate at the airport and provide aeronautical services, such as fueling, hangaring, parking, and recommending local resorts, hotels, restaurants, limousines, local attractions and other needed services.
The inspectors evaluate recommended services based on objective criteria, and ratings are earned through an independent inspection process, similar to Triple A and Mobil.
